Howard Witkin

The founder of the business and technology radio show TechTalk, Howard Witkin, has been involved with high-technology startups for two decades. He was a founding partner in several successful firms.

Howard is CTO and a founding partner in Icardio, a leader in internet enabled, outsourced digital echocardiography. Icardio brings University Research hospital quality echo to remote rural and densely urban communities. CounselWEB is a leader in forums for the legal community, and Refinance.Net, LifeInsurance.Net, Annuity.Net and Moving.Net are all respected brands in their markets. Mr. Witkin spent over 20 years as the CEO of Leviathan Development, a leading technology consulting firm in Southern California.

As CEO of LifeInsurance.Net, Mr. Witkin is licensed in 40+ states with 50+ carriers and focuses his practice on wealth preservation and management.

Mr. Witkin is the executive producer and senior commentator on the Los Angeles-based TechTalk radio show, and teaches an ongoing seminar series in ethics. Mr. Witkin is active in community service in Los Angeles, and has received the 2003 Distinguished Service Award from the RCC, a statewide community service organization. Howard has been recognized, and received commendations from the LA County Sherriff, City Council of Los Angeles, The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and others. He has a BS in Applied Math from UCLA, and lives in Los Angeles with his wife, two sons, two daughters, and lots of Legos.
